Wedding Elements was founded 2018 by Jenny Hall, an enterprising soul brimming with creativity.

Following 10 years’ experience across the wedding and events sectors Jenny took the plunge and started her own business.

Navigating her way through the pandemic years as a wedding planner, she has re-emerged with renewed gusto.

Straying from the ordinary wedding planning approach, Jenny has embraced a new philosophy focusing on tailor-made experiences, defying conventions to provide luxurious yet affordable wedding solutions for everyone.

Jenny is backed by her partner Tom, who’s carpentry skills are often put to the test when it comes to fulfilling Jenny’s innovations.

About Tom

I’m Tom, and I’m here as the muscle behind the scenes. By profession, I’m an engineer and, in my spare time, a carpenter. My role typically involves bringing Jenny’s creative ideas to life, which works out quite well. During weddings, you’ll often find me carrying equipment and making sure everything runs smoothly.

I proposed to Jenny in New York at Christmas in 2023 and was amazed as she planned our entire wedding in just two weeks. Now, I’m busy crafting custom wedding arches for our wedding—and yours too!

About Jenny

I began my journey in the wedding industry at the age of 15. My first task was to serve cranberry sauce to the bride and groom, and I was so nervous about spilling it on her dress—but I didn’t! Now, over two decades later, I'm still passionate about working on weddings.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience in events. I’ve handled public events with over 10,000 attendees, a car rally across Europe, and more weddings than I can count. I truly love weddings and enjoy every aspect of planning them. My goal is to get to know each couple and create the wedding of their dreams, not just the wedding they think they should have.

My fiance Tom and I live in Oxford with our toy poodle, Buffy. When we’re not working, we spend our time renovating our house and garden.
